We visited the London's National Gallery, and sure enough, it has the most impressive collection of art this family has ever seen. We spent an afternoon there, which was a little difficult for the 3-year old, and so we had to find ways to keep him interested. We told the youngest to keep looking for little children in paintings, then we told him to keep looking for animals. The girls had to pick a painting and write about how that work spoke to them. They had to choose from: Seurat, Rubens, Rembrandt, Michelangelo, Raphael, Monet, Manet, and countless others.
"Where in the World is the Gonzalez Family?" That's what you should title your blog! A week in Barcelona and already off to a different country? Amazing! Good for you. You and Kristin are inspirations for us. Looking forward to reading more from you all.
